Arti TecHet ophangen van wanddecoraties werd voorheen altijd gedaan met behulp van een spijker en/of schroef. Een systeem om deze wanddecoraties te kunnen ophangen en verplaatsen - zonder lelijke (boor)gaten achter te laten - is afkomstig vanuit galeries en musea. Dit, toen nog, dure systeem was onbetaalbaar voor toepassing in een normale woning en werd beschouwd als exclusief product. Arti Tec heeft sinds haar bestaan dit systeem betaalbaar gemaakt voor de consument en heeft het "oude" schilderij-ophangsysteem gerestyled tot nieuwe innovatieve systemen. |

ClaessensVlakbij de Leie en middenin de Vlasstreek stichtte Victor Claessens in 1906 een bedrijf waar hoogwaardig schilderdoek werd geproduceerd. De nakomelingen van Victor Claessens kiezen bewust voor een kleinschalige aanpak en houden de ambachtelijke behandeling van schilderdoek in ere. Intussen gebeurt een groot deel van het werk machinaal, maar de kern van het productieproces is al die tijd onveranderd gebleven. Dit respect voor ambacht en ervaring heeft van nv Claessens tot ver buiten Europa een begrip in schilderskringen gemaakt. |
